These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EpicWin88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 4.1 Registration Information. You must supply your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile telephone number, and a residential address. All information must match your official identity documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 KYC Documentation. Before EpicWin88 processes your first withdrawal request, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. The following documents are required:

• A clear, colour photograph or scanned copy of a valid Malaysian NRIC (front and back), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence — dated within the previous three (3) months, showing your full name and address.
• A clear selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.
• Where payment has been made via a bank account or e-wallet, a screenshot or statement confirming account ownership may be requested.

4.3 Verification Timeline. KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours. EpicWin88 will notify you by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Ongoing Verification. EpicWin88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting updated documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or additional identification. Failure to respond to such requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. EpicWin88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for fiat currency methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. 5.3 Deposit Processing. DuitNow and e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX and online banking transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for each respective blockchain.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the associated bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network conditions at the time of processing.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type:

• 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus: 35x wagering on the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering on the bonus amount.
• 188% Esports Welcome Bonus: 18x wagering on the bonus amount.

6.2 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

6.3 Eligible Games. Wagering contributions towards bonus requirements vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. EpicWin88 actively monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies, low-risk staking patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or collusion between accounts. Where such activity is detected, we reserve the right to void bonus funds, forfeit winnings derived from bonus play, and close the account in question.

6.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players found to have claimed multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts will have all accounts closed and balances forfeited.

7.1 Game Integrity. EpicWin88 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure all game outcomes are genuinely random, unbiased, and free from manipulation. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the system.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. For in-play bets, results are determined at the point the market is closed or the event concludes, whichever is applicable under the specific market rules. EpicWin88 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, feed disruption, or manifest odds error has occurred.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by player tier, account status, or promotional period.

7.4 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error, EpicWin88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players' accounts. No claims may be made in respect of winnings derived from a demonstrable system error or software fault.

7.5 Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets are subject to additional rules specific to the sportsbook. A void selection within a parlay will result in the parlay being recalculated with the remaining selections. The specific parlay rules are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EpicWin88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on EpicWin88.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into your EpicWin88 account (money laundering).
• Conducting charge-back requests or payment disputes in bad faith where the transactions were legitimately authorised by you.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, game engines, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the EpicWin88 platform are owned by or licensed to EpicWin88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the EpicWin88 platform without our prior written consent.

Scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or any systematic extraction of data from the platform is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of EpicWin88's intellectual property may result in legal action.

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to have registered while under the age of 21.

12.2 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting EpicWin88 customer support. Where an account closure is requested, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks.

12.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered inactive. Our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of your deposits made in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EpicWin88 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
